I offer skilled services in the area of land surveying. I am able to gather relevant information pertaining to your personal property at the courthouse and mark requested information on your land. I offer the following:
Boundary Survey - Finding and marking the limits of your property, including right of ways. I will locate existing rods, rebar, pipes, or whatever monument is pre existing on your land.
Line Marking - Do you wonder where exactly your yard stops and your neighbors begins? I'll give you a hint, it probably isnt the mow line! Using discovered monumentation I can clearly mark the line that seperates your land from that of neighboring property.
Woodland Surveys - Surveying of large plots of land. The blurry memory of your farm's, hunting camp's, and family heirloom property edges can be made fresh once again. I am able to mark line along these large sections of land as well.
I am more than competitive with my rates. An estimate is free, of course. I am unwilling to do any flood certification work or construction layout. Repeat, I will not be setting new corners, I will be marking existing monumentation. I focus on boundary work and do so exceptionally well and with much care.
